Camera Ready Extended Abstract Submission Guidelines

Address reviewers’ comments in its entirety. Failure to do so may disqualify your paper from being published.
Add “Mechanical Engineering Research Symposium 2025” to the page header. Font size 08, Style Times New Roman.
Add author names, affiliations, and correspondence in the format given here.
Addition of new authors is not allowed.
Change of paper title is not allowed.
Submit both Word format and PDF to CMT.
Submission deadline is 23:59 hrs on 07 th Dec 2025.

Only the authors selected for the poster presentation should follow the guidelines below.
Only authors who have been invited to present posters should prepare posters for MERS2025.
All posters should be written in English.
Use the provided poster template.
Follow the poster submission instructions.
MERS will print the posters those are submitted before the deadline - 23:59 hrs on 07th December 2025.
MERS will provide poster stands to all poster presenters.
A panel will evaluate all posters at the event and select one for the "Best Poster Award".

Only the authors selected for the oral presentation should follow the guidelines below.
Each presentation is allocated 10 minutes, followed by a 5min Q&A session.

“Best Presenter Award” will be conferred upon the most outstanding oral presentation.
